Our entire staff is committed to making your experience with our office gratifying and hassle-free. We are totally dedicated to providing the utmost in customer service.

Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call (203) 264-0244.  Same day or next day appointment requests will be considered, based upon availability.  When arriving for an appointment, please bring your insurance cards. New patients are always welcome.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  This will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.  Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows. 

Health Insurance Plans
Our office participates with most dental insurance plans.  Patients who assign benefits to the office are responsible only for their deductible and co-payment.  Patients may also have the option of paying the dental fees and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company. Check with your carrier. Please bring your insurance identification card when you visit our office.

Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time of each treatment. Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are checks, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card. 0% Financing Is Available.

Telephone Calls
If you have questions which only the dentist can answer, a message will be taken and your medical file will be given to Dr. Zazzaro who will return your call.  If your question pertains to an administrative matter, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.
